eCommerce Sales Manager Job Opening in Austin, Texas - WE sell products to end users (B2C) and businesses (B2B).
YOU are an expert in eCommerce sales (best in class customer support, website maintenance, marketing, imagery/product descriptions, price/profit analysis, SEO and multi-platform pricing) for B2C and B2B.
You also have the following:
Proven ability to sell online and react quickly to market trends, customer feedback and provide the highest levels of customer service/product value.
Expert on amazon (FBA, FBM, Prime), ebay, walmart, jet, shopify and our own website. If you do NOT have demonstrable experience selling profitably on amazon, ebay, walmart, jet and a company's own website - please do not apply for the position.
Can edit/manage/improve website in Wordpress w/ CSS and JavaScript. Plugins: Shopify, Buy Button, Product Catalog, passcode price lists and customer login.
Articulate, accurate and concise in verbal, written and website communication.
You are able to provide weekly performance metrics w/o reminders.
You have an ability to manage priorities and understand you are a member of a team depending on (and contributing toward) your success.
Negotiate optimal value from shipping companies, merchant processing and other eCommerce supplier expenses.
Aggressive ? in a good way! Ask for and deserve the sale. And if you don?t get the sale, find out why and seek improvement (in your actions, in product or in service).
Intelligently identify and incorporate protifable eCommerce best practices.
You are always professional. And have a sense of humor.
