Responsibilities: Meet & Greet Auto Consumers that are on the premises to purchase a new Toyota and/or a Fine Selection of Pre-Owned Automobiles from one of our Cadillac, Infiniti, or Toyota Inventory.
Assist Auto Consumers in selecting the right vehicle that meets their needs by using the current inventory systems in place to find the most perfect vehicle to provide the Ownership process by demonstrating the vehicle features on the premises and providing a road demonstration.
Assist the Auto Consumers in the completion of their applications, providing a timely, efficient, and smooth purchasing process.
Assist the leadership by increasing Auto Consumer Ownership by regularly keeping up with current inventory levels on the premises and reporting any concerns to the Leadership the Leadership Team by ensuring the premises is properly displaying its finest products to attract maximum potential Ownership of Automobiles.
Qualifications: Very Enthusiastic with High Energy throughout the and Bursting Personality even under stress situations and common consumer objections.
Truly Exceptional Customer Service skills and sales Interpersonal and Articulate Communications Skills in-person or on-the-phone. Extremely Persuasive and Ability to Overcome consumer objections during the ownership process.
Proficient in basic business math including percentages. Capable of learning and using basic Office, accounting software, and proprietary sales programs. Persistent, Competitive and Excellent Work Ethic that focuses on the consumer(s) needs to enhance dealership and personal goals & objectives.
