Job Duties
Balance and reconcile bank accounts and inter-company accounts
Supervise accounting and bookkeeping staff
Prepare sales tax forms
Prepare payroll tax forms
Setup and maintain accurate inventory system and controls
Adjust, maintain and prepare timely and complete financial statements
Provide accurate, responsive analysis and reporting of financial information for multi-divisional company
Manage cash flow
Working with other confidential financial matters
Job Requirements
Ability to work well in a team environment
Associate or Bachelor?s degree in accounting or finance required
3-5 years of experience in an accounting role preferred
Proficiency in QuickBooks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail and the ability to problem solve
Proven high level of integrity and work ethic
