TRAINING PROGRAM At National Securities, we consider long term training to be one of our key competitive advantages. We are committed to acquiring and developing the best talent available to grow our team. We offer one of the few team-based Financial Advisor/Sales training programs remaining on Wall St. If you are not already licensed, we will sponsor you and pay for your Series 7, 63, and 65 classes. The program utilizes a three pronged approach:
(i) Business Development Training
(ii) Client Acquisition and Relationship Building
(iii) Investment Products and Economic Knowledge
The training is implemented in a hands-on, collaborative environment by the most successful members of our team. We will educate you on the leading industries, sectors, and companies as well as how to identify the keys to performance.
COMPENSATION We offer a package that consists of a base salary, commission, plus bonus along with significant upside earnings potential. After successful completion of the training program, you may even have the opportunity to become a partner on our team.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS To be a good fit for our program you should be:
Ambitious
Motivated
Self-starter with a strong desire to create significant net worth
You must possess: trust and integrity, and maintain strict client and investment confidentiality in accordance with regulatory standards of privacy and compliance.
Relevant work experience is a plus but not required. Individuals, who are hardworking, disciplined, driven, and motivated will have the best chance for success.
