Home Health Administrator Job Opening in Savannah, Georgia - Nightingale Home Care, Inc. has an immediate opening for an Administrator / Area Manager for the Savannah office. This is a full time, salaried position.
Qualified candidates will have 3-5 years of management experience, preferably in a home health, long term care, case management, or other health care setting.
Applicants with a bachelor's or master's degree in business, nursing, or social sciences are preferred.
*** LPN's are strongly encouraged to apply ***
However, this is a management, not clinical position.
Knowledge and experience with Medicaid waiver programs and home health rules and regulations is also highly preferred.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Supervise and manage the recruitment, hiring, training, and scheduling of all staff.
-Supervise and manage all employee's performance as it pertains to their assigned duties.
-Supervise and manage the payroll and billing processes for the regional office.
-Supervise and manage the quality assurance program for the regional office.
-Supervise and manage the patient and employee records on site and electronically.
-Manage the office's budget.
-Actively seeks out, builds and maintains relationships with referral sources.
-Works to build and implement a comprehensive marketing plan for the regional office.
-Ensures the patients receive appropriate care as authorized in their care plan.
-Other duties as assigned.

Salary: $40,000.00 to $45,000.00 /year
