Practice Administrator Job Opening in Allentown, Pennsylvania - Responsible for management and leadership of Practice. Directs, supervises and coordinates the overall operation of clinical and administrative departments. Key responsibilities to include: Facilitating all aspects of employee management/human resources, monitors financial department, scheduling of employees, bi-weekly payroll, project management, overseeing marketing activities in conjunction with Implant Coordinator and representing the practice with other health organizations, hospitals, etc. Candidate must be willing to adopt an open door policy and hands on management style in order to be effective within the practice.
This position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the mission of the organization.
Qualifications
Three- Five years of Practice Management and Supervisory experience preferable in Medical or Dental organization
Effective working knowledge of healthcare financial management, specifically medical practice accounting, third party reimbursement issues, patient flow and facilities management
Knowledge of Insurance policies and terminology
Medical Coding experience
Medical management software experience
Experience with marketing required
Bachelors Degree preferred
