National Program Manager (DRC) Job Opening in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania - Job Description:
The National Decision Ready Claim (DRC) Program Manager is accountable for operations and assuring that all contract requirements are met throughout the performance of the contract; Government?s primary point of contact for DRC Pilot contract; has the authority to make and implement contract and program decisions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The DRC Program Manager is responsible for managing the overall performance of the National DRC operations and achieving the operational goals of: timelines; quality; customer service; and cost for the program
Manage processes and procedures to ensure a timely and quality completion of work according to clients contractual obligations
Ensure DRC team coordination between S2S and QTC with highly effective and efficient communication in order to complete the operational workflow
Assist in providing timely and exceptional training to S2S and QTC (medical professionals) on the DRC program methodologies
Communicate with external and internal customers to best serve the DRC program
Manage and troubleshoot the resolution of partner and client issues
Communicate with operational teams and other departments companywide to ensure the use of best practices operational excellence in workflow standardization methodologies
Train team members on workflow and contractual modifications expeditiously
Develop and adhere to processes focused on effective customer service and ensure immediate escalation of issues which can negatively impact S2S and QTC reputation with external customers
Evaluate employees' job performance to workflow processes and work with the HR for resolution
Prepares timely monthly and quarterly contract performance reports
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Specific DRC Duties and Experience:
Management of all DRC cases nationally
Develop an excellent working knowledge of the DRC contract
Maintains scheduling standards for the DRC program
Exceed timeliness goals for the DRC program
Coordinate with S2S and QTC leaders, Veteran Service Organization Liaison (VSO), and client as needed
Hold weekly meetings nationally with all applicable to discuss DRC progress
Identify workflow concerns for specific cases and regions
Relay referral information to the appropriate parties
Report overall progress to internal and external customers as needed
Competencies :
Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative and be self-motivated
Ability to effectively manage competing priorities with a sense of urgency
Sound knowledge and understanding of medical terminology and body systems
Superior communication skills, both verbal and written in the English language
Possess excellent organizational and follow-up skills, with a strong attention to detail
Strong leadership skills with the ability to prioritize and delegate effectively
Proficient in Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office suites
Strong working knowledge of electronic medical systems
Strong working knowledge of EMR?s
Must possess and demonstrate skills necessary to analyze information, problems, procedures and situations
Education and/or Experience: ( includes certificate & licenses )
Master?s Degree in a healthcare related field and/or equivalent work experience
10 to 13 years demonstrated and project management experience
Must be able to successfully pass National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation
