The Director of Surgical Services will guide a department comprised of highly trained staff nurses, surgical techs and CNAs. This position requires the Clinical Manager of Perioperative Services to ensure all processes and procedures to be performed with the highest standards of quality and care in alignment with the corporate philosophy. The Clinical Manager of Perioperative Services will be responsible for training, evaluating and supervising staff. Clinical Manager of Perioperative Services should possess a high level of clinical competency as well as leadership acumen.
