Account Manager/Customer Service Sales Job Opening in New Castle, Delaware - MHS Lift, the leader in forklift and warehousing products sales is looking for personable After Market Sales and Customer Service Representative to service New Castle County, Delaware and Chester County, Pennsylvania. The successful candidate will be selling scheduled maintenance and full maintenance service plans to new customers. In addition to bringing new customers to MHS the successful candidate must be able to perform duties to support our present customer base such as training forklift operators, resolving Accounts Receivables and performing fleet management reports and audits. This position requires you to be in the field 4-5 days per week and work the necessary hours to get the job done.
We require:
Sales experience in upselling and servicing customers
Must have experience in material handling, industrial equipment, and/or commercial equipment
Mechanical knowledge a plus
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Clean driving record
Attention to detail
Excellent computer skills ? MS Office and Goldmine
High School diploma ? some college preferred
