Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process
Verify that transactions are recorded in the suppliers ledger, customer ledger and general ledger
Complete tax forms (2290)
Enter data, maintain records
Process billing and handle payroll in a timely manner
Payroll, New Hire Processing and Employee Records
Requirements
Proven bookkeeping experience
Understanding of accounting payable/receivable principles
Ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software
Good communication skills
Ability to work independently
Customer service orientation
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
