Documents Admin Analyst Job Opening in syracuse, New York - Documents Admin Analyst An International bank seeks a Documents Administration Analyst.​ Prepare/​review documentation for new credit transactions with clients and counterparties involving trade finance loans, documentary collections, Letters of Credit/​Standby L/​Cs, Repos/​Reverse Repos.​ Required: Minimum 3 years banking experience with credit transactions, derivatives, securities market, trade finance loans, documentary collections, Letters of Credit, Standby L/​Cs, Repos/​Reverse Repos.​ Familiar with Credit Documentation, Agreements, Promissory Notes, Credit approvals and ISDA master agreements.​ Fluent in English and Portuguese, Spanish is a plus.​ Previous experience with back office operations.​ Proficient in Excel, Word, Power Point, good communication/​teamwork skills, problem solver.​ Familiar with KYC documentation.​ Duties: Communicate with clients, counterparts and Relationship Managers/​Account Officers via e-mail, phone, fax).​ Interact with all Branch areas (Front/​Back Office, Compliance, Accounting, Management, Head Office) on daily activities, special projects, implementation of new products for clients.​ Perform KYC and due diligence for new clients, review credit limits approvals for all new credit transactions,review/​control Guarantees, control/​distribute pending documents, ensure Department Procedures Manuals are updated, all internal Branch Policies/​procedures are followed.​ syracuse ny new york
