Apartment Management Team Job Opening in eugene, Oregon - Apartment Management Team This position REQUIRES a TEAM who have at least 18 MONTHS apartment experience, KNOWS the Oregon Landlord/Tenant laws and is willing to work 40 hours per week to turn the place around. Must know how to care for a swimming pool, do painting, plumbing, electrical, drywall, appliance repair and general maintenance. Having your own tools would be great. The office person must have computer experience and knowledge of the AMSI program would be a plus. You must pass a background screening and a pre-employment drug screen. This is not a job for a "first-time manager" or someone who wants to learn the ropes, so please do not send your resume unless you meet our criteria. Must live on-site.
