Contracting Support Specialist Job Opening in Honolulu, Hawaii - Oahu Plumbing and Sheet Metal, Ltd. is looking for a Contracting Support Specialist to provide administrative and project support to our team of Project Managers.

Position responsibilities include:
Provide support to Project Managers in producing and assembling specific construction reports, filings and documents
Research procurement opportunities, download bid documents from various websites and research requests for proposals
Coordinate construction bid proposals, assemble specification and submittal books
Assist in producing and analyzing cost reports for Project Manager
Data entry into various software programs and accounting systems
Create work orders, maintain job folders and order insurance
Other administrative duties such as booking travel arrangements, providing customer service, filing, and copying
Qualifications we are looking for:
Experience in construction, engineering or similar industry is a plus
1+ years of experience in a fast paced and deadline driven office environment
Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, 10 key by touch
Must reside on Oahu and be eligible to work in the United States
