Marketing & Finance Assistant Job Opening in Honolulu, Hawaii - Industry: Architecture
Duration: Temporary-to-Hire
Hours: Monday ? Friday, 8:00am ? 5:00pm

DESCRIPTION:
Deliver and promote excellent client service
Help create, implement and audit office organizational procedures
Data management to include entry, analysis and research
Client and consultant communication, including creating and modification of Microsoft Word documents
Support Marketing Development efforts through the creative proposal preparation and initiatives
Bookkeeping and billing
Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable, and Billing
Scheduling and coordination
Communicate with purpose to include PR development; maintain digital and social media presence
Miscellaneous tasks as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including a mastery of grammar and punctuation
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Advanced word processing skills, including mastery of Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel
Self-directed with the ability to meet deadlines
Proficient with technology
Adobe Creative Suite experience, primarily InDesign and Photoshop
Basic accounting skills
Administrative experience in the Architecture, Engineering or Construction fields
Experience with scheduling
Have at least 1 years of Accounting or related experience in Background
Have good written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
