Description:
Assist in all aspects of payroll, including auditing time & attendance hours? work, paid and non-paid leaves and calculation of special pay
Conduct Time & Attendance Software Training and answer any inquiries regarding the program
Ensure the hours are paid timely and accurate in accordance with payroll rules and procedures
Perform daily payroll department operations
Audit and reconcile wide range of personnel actions and payroll documents for more than 400 employees
Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely
Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports
Requirements:
Ceridian Experience preferred
Bachelors degree or related work experience
At least 3 years of experience doing payroll for at least 400 employees
Strong MS Program skills
Pay Rate: $14.00/hour - $18.00/hour
