Description:
Assist providers and members with inquiries (e.g., provider eligibility, membership card requests, etc.), regarding medical benefits for health plan
Check claims history to avoid any denials of claims currently in process
Focus will be primarily on a few designated lines of business with more complete inquiries
Requirements:
Prior phone servicing and customer service experience
Ability to handle difficult and stressful situations effectively
Excellent listening, analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with MS Word, MS Outlook, and Data Entry
Types 45 WPM
Pay Rate: $10.00 - $12.00/hour
