Description:
Data processing of group files, including adds, changes, and cancellations
Accurately process enrollment and maintenance transactions using various systems and databases
Respond to phone inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
Identify, resolve, and document discrepancies in reports; research transactions that require correction
Requirements:
Proficient with PC and able to answer phones in a timely manner
Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision
Must be self-directed and work well under tight deadlines
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and procedures
Prior experience in the following areas is highly preferred: database management, reviewing and processing forms, verifying information (e.g., scheduling, making reservations)
Pay Rate: $11.00-$13.00/hour
