The Sr Developer, CRM Applications is responsible for the design, estimation, development, documentation and support of critical business applications. This role is part of the Customer Acquisition and Loyalty Systems team and interacts with other IT Java teams. You will work closely with other business and technology experts to define new or improved business processes and implement quick, flexible, and high quality technology solutions.
You will leverage advances in technology as well as direct customer feedback to deliver new applications as well as ongoing support and improvements to existing applications for areas such as Sales & Marketing, Servicing, Finance, and Resorts.
Requirements
5+ years experience designing and implementing web applications. Proven competency with modern web technologies, including Java, HTTP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JSON, and AJAX. Up to date experience developing web applications & services, as well as consuming data from public and/or internal API's.
Strong computer science fundamentals, including object oriented design, design patterns, data structures and algorithms. Experience with common software development tools, such as source control tools (e.g. GIT), build automation, and testing tools. Understanding of relational and non-relational databases.
2+ Years experience in an Agile/Scrum development environment. Ability to communicate clearly and appropriately to all levels of the organization.
Ideal candidate is able to juggle multiple support and development efforts, has a experience working directly with business partners to identify problems, propose solutions, has experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce and has experience with a wide variety of development teams such as CRM, Data, Analytics & reporting, and web application.
Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as Backbone, jQuery, and is desirable.
