Beltway Blinds specializes in custom blinds, shades and plantation shutters. We are looking for a strong candidate for in home sales of these products. The right candidate for this job meets the following minimum standards:
Great personality who enjoys meeting new people.
Must possess strong communication, negotiating, and time management skills.
Flexible style, perseverance, and savvy.
Aptitude for problem solving and the ability to determine solutions for customers using a consultative sales approach.
Ability to work a full-time schedule.
Valid driver's license.
Ambitious results-oriented individual with entrepreneurial drive.
Willing to learn? We will teach you how to sell. This would be a great job for you if you have ever sold home improvements(windows, doors, siding, gutters, roofing, vacuums, alarm systems, etc), or anything in regards to in home sales, car sales, real estate, Yellow Pages, Insurance, etc. Also good if you never sold will train you! There is no age limit for this position. We hire full time reps from 18 to retirement. Hiring for all territories.
