We are currently hiring for both our Portland office and our new Hood River office.
Responsibilities:
*You'll be a back-end developer working primarily on MVC projects using C#.
*You'll also do plenty of the other stuff that goes along with web dev: HTML, Javascript, CSS, SQL... the whole web stack.
*You'll be working on a small team with focused goals and fast sprints.
*You'll be an equal member in a self-organizing team. You should thrive in this kind of environment, and have the desire (and knowledge) to contribute to the overall design and direction of the system.
*You'll need to reconcile complicated and ever-changing business rules with maintainable , testable code.
*You'll join us in the leading charge against added complexity.
*You'll be afforded the latitude to greatly influence the architecture of various systems.

Requirements:
*B.S. in Computer Science or related field
*Knowledge of / experience in modern object-oriented programming language(s) (we use C# / MVC)
*Knowledge of / experience in relational databases (we use T-SQL)
*Strong knowledge / interest in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, Javascript (we use jQuery and Knockout)
*Knowledge of / interest in modern object-oriented design philosophies (MVC, TDD, CI, SoC, DRY...)
*A great team attitude and the desire to work with a small group of your peers, without hierarchy or politics
