Receivables Performance Management, LLC (RPM) is a receivables management call center that represents over 100 different nationwide companies. Since our inception in 2002, we have become Washington State's 2nd Largest Privately Owned Collection Agency with over 250 employees. We are looking for a Auditor who is motivated, dependable and has a strong background in compliance management.
Essential Duties:
Conduct risk assessment of assigned department or functional area in timeline
Establish risk-based audit programs
Determine scope of review in conjunction with the Compliance Director
Review the suitability of internal control design
Conduct audit testing of specified area and identify reportable issues and dimension of risk
Determine compliance with policies and procedures.
Verbally communicate findings to senior management and draft comprehensive and complete report of audit area
Requirements:
Strong analytical, written/verbal communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills
MS Systems knowledge and familiarity
Ability to adapt to change quickly and multi-task.
Negative UA (drug test)
18 Years of Age
High School Diploma or GED
