Mighty Media Group operates two great Memphis area radio stations, The Rebel (?All Things Country?, home of Young & Elder on 95.3 FM and 97.7 FM) and Guess FM (?Memphis Greatest Hits?, featuring Steve Conley on 99.3 FM, 100.1 FM and 101.5 FM). We provide our clients with winning marketing solutions that connect local businesses (our advertisers) with local consumers (our listeners) utilizing powerful on-air and digital advertising campaigns.
One full-time and one part-time position are immediately available:
The full-time position offers a base salary (not just a draw), plus unlimited commissions and bonuses tied directly to sales performance. Competitive benefits include group health insurance. Previous media sales experience or sales of other intangibles is required. College degree strongly preferred.
The part-time position offers unlimited commissions paid at industry-leading percentages plus bonuses tied directly to sales performance. Totally flexible schedule! Some sales background or an interest in marketing and sales as a career is required. Opportunity to advance to full-time based upon sales results. Some college experience preferred. Successful applicants must be able to pass a background and credit check and provide solid references.
