Do
Works directly with a PAi sales representative to support and obtain sales goals
Primarily responsible for answering inbound sales calls from clients regarding PAi products and services, creating proposals and closing sales
Manages sales pipeline to achieve quarterly goals and expectations
Provides information regarding retirement plan product features, pricing, plan design and value proposition in order to advance the sales process
Provides plan design and technical support for customers
Produces plan illustrations and creates fee comparisons upon request
Communicates effectively with partners, clients, external and internal customers in the resolution of identified issues
Establishes and maintains a positive working relationship with clients to promote a superior quality service image and maintain a high rate of client and plan retention
Continually identifies sales and process improvement opportunities and assists in resolving with the appropriate resource(s)
Develops and applies continuously growing product and process knowledge to effectively anticipate and meet customer needs
Follows up on sales opportunities to meet closing ratio goals
Know
Required
Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience
Minimum one year of proven inside sales success
Excellent analytical and problem resolution skills
Ability to manage detail and work well under pressure with multiple priorities and deadlines
Preferred
Retirement industry experience
Bi-lingual in Spanish
ADA requirements
Frequently required to sit; talk or hear, and use hands to finger, handle, or touch objects or controls
Regularly required to stand and walk
On occasion, may be required to stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders
Must occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
Vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
