Sales Representative Job Opening in Sioux Falls, South dakota - We are seeking two outstanding driven sales associates to work our multi million dollar show room in Sioux Falls. We are willing to help with relocation expenses for the right candidate. Combined Pool and Spa is an award winning full service hot tub and patio dealer in the Sioux Falls area. We specialize in selling Caldera Spas, OW Lee & Tropitone Patio Furniture and are an In ground pool contractor with over 45 employees and looking to grow our team.
SUMMARY
Are you a self-motivated, sales leader with the ability to drive business and take your destiny in your own hands? The sales associate role provides the customer with the absolute best experience for our customers helping them with the health and wellness benefits of a hot tub along with the design and enjoyment of your back yard with the highest quality patio furniture and in ground swimming pools available. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and willing to treat the position at their own business and make an unlimited income.
IS THIS YOU?
Are you customer focused? You will establish and maintain relationships existing and potential customers by providing consistent value through communications, and systematic follow up. Are you community driven and willing to be a company ambassador at all times?
Are you goal driven? As a Sales Associate you will work to meet the annually established sales targets by product category.
Are you organized and detail-oriented? You?ll actively manage your customer base through HubSpot and Evosus with regular updates to the Sales Manager and Senior Management as needed.
Are you solutions minded? You will work with your customers to ensure the resolution of delivery and extreme customer satisfaction that Combined Pool and Spa customers have come accustom to.
Can you present to customers? You?ll provide answers and training to spa and patio customers.
Can you promote the business? You will attend local trade shows and promotional events when appropriate.

WHAT YOU NEED
Five years' experience in high end retail sales.
Experience working in the Pool and Spa industry is strongly preferred; Experience working with consumer products is a plus.
Demonstrated knowledge of current sales and merchandising techniques
Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales goals on a regular basis. Demonstrated ability to motivate others, increase revenues, and work as a team essential.
Ability to multi-task, have strong attention to detail, and be organized are all necessary to be successful in this position.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels within the organization.
Strong ability to work in a team environment.
Weekend and evening hours are required.
Drive to make unlimited income potential.
