Lists of all kinds will be provided for you to call in an effort to present the value of Team Infinity and our ability to get homes sold at a high level with high standards. You will also be provided with our unique service proposition to give you all the ammunition you need to succeed at a high level. There will be some instances where you might be able to set an appointment right away and yet much of your success will come through a series of follow up calls and well-timed call backs over an extended period of time. Maintaining your pipeline through impeccable organization and dependability will be a key component for extreme success.
The ideal candidate will be ready, willing and able to prospect and CONVERT at a high level due to a high degree of emotional intelligence and closing ability! We are searching for someone who brings positive energy and is self-motivated to succeed in a competitive industry and position. Room for growth is also available with a THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX team! If you see yourself as an articulate, intelligent individual with a very strong work ethic, able to push yourself through a set standard amount of phone conversations and through diligent management of your own time produce results that are commensurate with your goals then you are the person we are seeking. Standards must be met, but for the right person, the opportunity is endless.
The ideal candidate will have a real estate license, but for talent, we would be willing to make an exception and possibly subsidize your real estate education. 1 year or more of verifiable successful sales experience is strongly desired. Compensation: Negotiable Based on Skill
On Target Earnings For Part Time $50,000
On Target Earnings for Full Time $108,000
Part time or full-time position available 20-40 hours per week.
Upon an 18 month vesting period, retirement opportunities with extreme interest accrual will be made available.
The right candidate will not be afraid to call, ask for the Team Leader and Sell YOURSELF.
