Sr Mortgage Loan Officer - Outside Sales Job Opening in Houston, Texas - Our Houston, TX mortgage branch is growing and looking for one experienced outside mortgage loan originator to add to the team.

We're the #3 producing branch of national mortgage lender Network Funding, LP. We offer an in house highly-trained processing and underwriting team and our branch is conveniently located inside our corporate headquarters. We fund over $100MM in loan volume each year from our branch.
We focus on purchase business and first time home buyer products primarily and are looking for a dynamic salesperson who can get out there and establish a solid client base with referral partners. We offer training and a marketing budget as well as a strong commission based income.
Must have 1+ years in the mortgage industry or a solid sales background

Focus on building a solid client base in the first 6 months of employment
Establish relationships with local Real Estate Professionals
Ideally will have experience originating Conventional, FHA, & VA loans
Must supply proof of performance from previous roles
