RealSavvy has an opportunity for a proven national Enterprise and Channel level SaaS sales executive with a proven track record of closing 5-6 figure deals and meeting and exceeding revenue quotas. This professional comes with trusted relationships with executive level local, regional and national residential real estate brokerages who are eager to do business with them. This professional has an impressive track record of exceeding 7 figure annual quotas and is an expert sales professional who can effectively negotiate complex transactions and partnerships. This professional is mature, has grit, is competitive, has an ambition, is enthusiastic and passionate and knows how to manage their time and business to deliver results.

Summary of the Position:
RealSavvy?s Senior Sales Account Executive or Sales Director (commensurate with experience) has expert level knowledge of a consultative and strategic sales process and will leverage this knowledge to introduce RealSavvy to existing relationships who are prospective clients. This sales professional has an expert level understanding of the current marketplace situation and of prospective client's business concerns and can guide them through a fundamental sales conversation that culminates in a win-win transaction or partnership. This person can be located locally or in target markets.
Essential Duties:
Meet and exceed revenue goals
Daily outbound phone marketing and sales calls
Use a customer-focused, outcome and value oriented consultative sales process to educate customers on what products and tools will best meet their needs
Conduct professional sales meetings (in-person and web/phone) and present RealSavvy to interested prospective clients
Respond to inbound inquiries and introduce RealSavvy?s Real Estate business tools and qualify, assess and present solutions.
Close business to meet monthly, quarterly and annual revenue goals to drive company?s success and representative?s income goals
Maintain expert-level knowledge of RealSavvy?s growing and evolving suite of broker and agent tools
Maintain working knowledge of competitive landscape to understand and present RealSavvy?s competitive advantages
Performs other related duties as required
Required Skills, Abilities, Knowledge & Qualities:
Ability to meet and exceed quota
Current relationships with real estate brokers and executives
Requires excellent in-person and telephone skills
Proven results via knowledge of a strategic selling system
Must have excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
Must be able to remotely demonstrate products and tools and effectively convey how RealSavvy?s tools can help produce desired outcomes
Expert level knowledge of the residential real estate industry
Working knowledge of online tools such as websites, iOS apps, email marketing, SEO, etc.
Working knowledge of Google Office, CRM, and proposal platforms
Requires the ability to work cooperatively on a team with colleagues
Must have flexible availability to work any day and any hour of the week to achieve revenue and income goals
Must be determined, competitive, dignified, professional, mature, coachable, ambitious, curious, trustworthy, ethical, flexible, positive, energetic
