Scientific Sales Support Specialist Job Opening in Nashua, New hampshire - The Scientific Sales Support Specialist will support the Eagle Biosciences Sales and Marketing Departments in their primary and administrative duties under the direction of the Director of Marketing. This position will develop a broad understanding of our business and will be called upon to support many departments as our small business continues to grow rapidly. The Scientific Sales Support Specialist will aid in the attainment of various marketing campaign goals and long-term growth objectives for the company.
Responsibilities :
Assist in administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of department activities.
Act as technical liaison between R&D, Operations, Sales and customers.
Conduct market research of competitors, contacts in the industry, and related
Assist with the creation of technical support material for sales and customers.
Updating web content for our company websites and social media which is optimized for organic search performance, scientifically accurate, and strongly aligned with the marketing plan for the laboratory research market
Takes personal responsibility to resolve requests while minimizing impact to the customer and maintaining excellent customer experience
Anticipate problems and determine how both the problem and its solution will impact both the short and long-term interests of customers and the company
Supports sales internally by providing them with data and leads
Qualifications:
Bachelor?s degree in the life sciences, physical sciences, medical technology, engineering, or related field required.
0-3 years of customer service, sales or marketing experience
1-3 years experience working in a in a laboratory, science, technology, or engineering organization is preferred. A technical understanding of ELISA tests is crucial to the success in this position.
Demonstrated ability to work in a high-profile environment requiring discretion, judgment, tact, and diplomacy.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to work in a high-pressure, team-oriented environment, while maintaining a high-level of professionalism and demonstrated positive behavior.
