Our state-of-the-art repair & overhaul plant in Menomonee Falls has an excellent entry-level general labor position available for an individual who likes to work with their hands and is willing to learn! Job Description: Performs a variety of tasks to assist in production activities, which may include some or all of the following duties. Responsibilities: � Performs simple shop operations by buffing, sandblasting, deburring, hand grinding, assembling, planishing, forming, tumbling, part washing, and part marking. � Carries supplies to workstations. � Sorts and examines parts to verify conformance with company standards. � Keeps workstation clean by sweeping and removing oil and stains from floors. � Proceeds under direct supervision with instruction and guidance provided. � Demonstrates thorough knowledge of and conformity to Ace Precision Quality System Work Instruction requirements that govern shop operations. � Maintains or exceeds production standards through organization and planning. � Follows and complies with safety rules, regulations, and work instructions. � Accurately completes all required documentation. � Meets attendance policy requirements. � Contributes to team effort by assisting in areas as needed. Job Requirements: � High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one to three months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
