The Renfrew Center has been a pioneer in the treatment of eating disorders since1985. As the nation?s first residential eating disorder facility, now with 17locations throughout the country, Renfrew has helped more than 75,000 women andadolescent girls with eating disorders and other behavioral health issues.
Position Responsibilities:
- Manages a27-acre estate with 5 buildings that borders Fairmount Park and Lafayette Hill.
- Proactivelyoversees established Housekeeping, Maintenance, Security, and Dietary teams fora residential healthcare facility.
- maintenance and repairs using internal staff and external vendors.
- Partners withdepartment managers to maintain high level of delivery and adheres toregulatory governing authorities including the Department of Public Welfare andJoint Commission.
- Acts as safetyofficer and participates in the Joint Commission accreditation process for thefacility.
Education,Competencies and Credentials:
-minimum 3-5 years? institution management
- Experience in facility operations preferred
-High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor?s Degree preferred
