Director of Recruiting Job Opening in Allentown, Pennsylvania - Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Network and Good Shepherd Penn Partners is seeking a Director of Recruiting (Talent Acquisition department). This position is based at our main campus in Allentown, PA with regular meetings at our Penn Partners location at 1800 Lombard Street in Philadelphia. Minimal regional travel as well, mostly to visit our outpatient sites. The role encompasses the recruiting for Good Shepherd?s operations provides rehabilitation services in 8 eastern Pennsylvania counties and operates 21 outpatient sites, 4 inpatient sites, a long-term acute care hospital, 2 long-term care homes for people with severe disabilities, an independent living facility and a Work Services division that provides employment training and job placement. Good Shepherd Penn Partners, a partnership of Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Network and the University of Pennsylvania Health System, provides post-acute care in the Philadelphia region and includes an inpatient unit, a long-term acute care hospital, and 10 outpatient sites. This position will also be responsible for the development and management of a newly created Good Shepherd Staffing -- an internal "agency" deploying nurses and physical therapists to Good Shepherd and Penn Partners locations and patients. as such qualified candidates could come from the agency world where he/she has been placing nurses and therapists full-time or in temp, floater or traveler positions. The Director of Recruiting will report to the VPHR and will manage a staff of recruiters and coordinators and the internal Staffing Agency leader and team. In addition, the recruiting leader will develop and manage a university relations program designed to bring new grads to the Good Shepherd/Penn Partners network.
