Software Developer/Programmer Job Opening in Bonita Springs, Florida - Oasis Senior Advisors is part of an exciting and growing industry of helping seniors find suitable housing when staying at home is no longer an option. We continue development and support of various proprietary web-based applications and services that address every management and operational function for our nationwide franchise organization.
We are looking for a Software Developer interested in a fun, yet hard-working atmosphere, and someone who is friendly and personable; with a positive attitude. We are looking for 6+ years of Software experience. You will perform requirements analysis, system/database design and extensive programming for database-driven web and desktop applications. A successful candidate will have a great deal of initiative, and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You should also have strong organization and documentation skills to assist project management through the life cycle of development. This position requires solid experience with development of internet and intranet applications using with SQL Server backend using (C#) web technologies; excellent communication, interpersonal and consulting skills, and US Citizenship. You should bring experience with development and application integration using the following technologies:
Three years' experience using (C# or ), HTML and JavaScript programming language
JQuery and JSON knowledge and experience a plus
Solid experience with TSQL, SSIS, and stored procedures
Web controls (, custom made, and 3rd party)
Web services and WCF a plus
Experience with an ORM (Entity Framework, LINQ to SQL, Hibernate) is preferred
Development background in object oriented language (i.e. Java, )
Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
Ability to reason logically and creatively
Experience with database administration is preferred
Microsoft technical certifications a plus
Additional Information:
Salary: $50K - $75K, commensurate with experience
