Job Title: Patient Experience Interviewer (Part-Time Call Center Representative)
Job Location: 565 Marriott Drive-Ste. 700, Nashville, TN 37214
Shift(s): Monday-Thursday : 6pm-10pm and Saturday 10am-5pm (22.5 hours)
Tuesday-Friday : 6pm-10pm and Saturday 10am-5pm (22.5 hours)
Pay: $12.00/hr

Our Telephone Interviewers conduct telephone surveys using a computer-assisted telephone interviewing system.
Telephone Interviewers are expected to collect complete, accurate, and unbiased information from respondents. Survey questions are standardized and must be read exactly as written. All of the information gathered for the surveys is kept confidential, and Interviewers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the information they gather. This is a call center environment. As a function of this position, you will also develop expertise in the areas of government regulations relating to government-mandated patient experience surveys, as well as impactful non-government patient experience surveys and interviewing soft skills (empathy, analytical thinking, diplomacy, etc). You will add to your knowledge based regarding HIPAA regulations and government compliance.
Requirements:
Previous call center, customer service, or data collection experience a plus
Clear speaking voice
Great interpersonal & communication skills
Basic computer skills & the ability to accurately record/type the information you receive
Demonstrate a professional and positive attitude on and off the phones
Experience & Education:
A high school diploma or GED; some college preferred, though not required
Experience in the healthcare industry a plus, though not required
Bilingual a plus, though not required (Additional compensation for Bilingual Interviewers)
The next training class for these positions will start on Monday, August 28th, 2017. The training schedule will be Monday through Friday; 5:30pm-10pm and Saturday 10am-5pm. The work schedule following training will be weekday evenings, 6pm-10pm and Saturdays, 10am-5pm.
