Rave Decor, located in Phoenix, AZ, is a leading supplier of home goods across the US. For our inside sales position you will be responding to new customers and contacts that have submitted information inquiring about our products. This is not a call center.
If you have an entrepreneurial spirit, are self-motivated, and are not making $900.00 to $1800.00 per week... then we want to talk to must be able to freely talk well with people you have never met, and trust your sales skills.
Inside Sales/Account Manager Job Requirements
Ideal Inside Sales candidates must have:
Strong flair to sell and great work ethic
Good communication skills- articulate and energetic on the phone
Passion for a long term sales career
Must be able to work 40-45 hours per week, starting between 7-8 am and ending between 4- 5 pm. After hours available for the over-achievers.
Be able to work in an inside sales environment -making calls to new customers and following up with existing customers.
Skills Needed for Inside Sales Position
Knowledge of a CRM
Understanding of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
Relevant Inside Sales experience (Retail sales does not apply!)

Minimum Qualifications For Inside Sales
At least 2 years of phone sales experience with Inside Sales.
