Sales Representative Job Opening in Mesa, Arizona - Cal-Am Homes is an owner operator of 55+ Active Adult RV Resorts & MH Communities. We are looking fo an exceptional individual to join our team. Must be friendly and outgoing. Sales skills, excellant customer service and competent computer skills required. Ability to work independantly and unsupervised and effectivly manage an independant sales office. Locations in Mesa, Gold Canyon, Surprise, Yuma Az. and Desert Hot Springs Ca.
Full Time- Salary & Commission

Requirements and Responsibilities:
Maintain and supervise onsite sales office listing and selling Park Model and/or MH Homes
Marketing of homes and inventory to well qualified clients
Maintain a positive attitude
Provide creative solutions to customer sales and service concerns
Previous sales experience required
Computer competent, Excel, Word, Publisher,Open Leads, Skype, Mail Chimp and Outlook helpful
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends some evenings
Posses and portray the following traits- honesty, integrity, assertiveness, can-do attitude, superior problem solving skills and the ability to think creatively, quicky and independantly
Comfortable speaking before large crowds
"Ambassador of Fun" with the ability to mingle and paticipate in activities desigined to assit in the sales marketing
