Opening doors to opportunities since 1965, working at RCMA is especially rewarding and we are hiring� Bus Driver (part time) Anthony Child Development Center Job Order: B3-2-11 Position & Duties (include but not limited to): Safety of the children is your Number One Priority! Must be able to follow established procedures for: loading, unloading, using child safety restraint systems and transporting children with wheelchairs. Must be able to follow procedures on defensive driving ON and OFF the road. Must be able to handle all types of emergencies by following established procedures and must ensure vehicle is prepared for daily transportation. Minimum Qualifications: � Must be age 21, have a Florida drivers license and have/maintain a good driving record. � Must have a valid CDL B or C license with endorsement of either: Air Brakes (A) or School Bus (B) or Passenger (P) based on vehicle. � Must provide certified State of Florida CDL physical exam. � Passing of DCF background screening requirements (all records at local, state & national levels). Desired Qualifications: Member of community and/or farm worker background. Bilingual (English/Spanish) where appropriate. Experience transporting children is helpful.
