Must be a self-directed, self-starter. Not only will you NOT be micro-managed, you?ll receive very little oversight, so you must be a professional focused on production.
You will use an exploratory, consultative sales approach to determine how to best fit the customers needs.
Experience with selling via a ?qualification sales process? is preferred, and will train the right person.
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
Decent computer and CRM skills
Self-starter requiring very little training and direction
