Director of Sales Training Job Opening in Chicago, Illinois - Come join Affinitiv as the Director of Sales Training in our new Chicago office in the Loop! This person will be charged with meeting the training needs of our sales organization and be reporting to the Vice President of Sales Operations. The ideal candidate will be someone who works extremely well in a fast paced dynamic environment and can both set the training strategy and execute on it.
Role will include:
Design and lead training for our sales organization training, including new hires, product training and effective sales techniques
Create the onboarding plan for new sales reps
Design and roll out Litmos LMS
Partner with both Marketing and Sales teams to ensure priorities are being met
Ensure training programs are aligned with company and sales team goals
Evaluate and implement tools and processes that improve the quality and efficiency of training
Implement and manage on-going feedback with the sales team and field sales team to drive continuous improvement of training materials and programs
Travel up to 25%
We are looking for:
Bachelor?s degree 5+ years training experience, preferably within a sales environment
Proven ability to drive change within a sales organization to meet evolving business needs
Skilled, Innovative, and Technically savvy individual
Strong organizational and project management skills
Great team player with the willingness to jump in wherever needed
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
