POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be able to work with customers and the general public effectively and courteously.
Analytical Skills - Ability to use thinking and reasoning to solve a problem
Communication, Oral - Ability to communicate effectively with others using the spoken word
Communication, Written - Ability to communicate in writing clearly and concisely

Experience:
Knowledge of Western Window Systems products a plus
Must have a minimum of 3 years direct sales experience.
Must have a heightened sense of urgency and a burning desire to succeed.
Must be detail oriented with strong lead generating and follow up skills.
Must be self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Must be computer literate with above average knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point. General knowledge of CRM software and its use would be a plus.
Must have strong presentation skill
Travel :
This position will require 50-75% travel, some of which may be out-of-state or international. Travel and business-related expenses are paid for by the employee and are reimbursed on a monthly basis. There are no car allowances or company credits cards issued but we do reimburse the standard IRS mileage rate for use of your personal vehicle.
Other Requirements:
Must have a valid motor vehicle operator?s license and reliable transportation.
