A qualified candidate is an outgoing self-starter interested in beginning a career in a sales based position, Junior Sales Partner, requires that you work 15-20 hours per week; however, the compensation is equivalent to that of a 40 hour a week position. As a Junior Sales Partner, you will make your own hours and have a compensation package based on a mixture of uncapped commissions.
