Field Case Manager Job Opening in Honolulu, Hawaii - Field Case Manager needed for a national healthcare organization that is growing within the Field Case Manager will be responsible for strategic and focused interventions to ensure proper utilization of medical care for return to work medical investigations in a timely manner and ensure appropriate utilization of medical treatment regarding worker's compensation collaboratively with Providers, employers, claims staff and provide ongoing clinical support to the claims staff Field Case Manager will be responsible for producing improved claims outcomes,ultimately,working to close cases that will result in the return to work for the injured are working knowledge of multiple nationally accepted medical treatment guidelines. A current active RN license for the state of Hawaii. 2+ years of clinical nursing preferred and 1+ years of worker's compensation case management experience time management and organizational skills. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Proven skills in multi-tasking. Excellent negotiation skills. Strong computer, strong keyboarding skills and proficiency in Word and Excel.
