Adjuvant Sales Coordinator Job Opening in Omaha, Nebraska - Job Summary: Computer, telephone, and organizational skills required. Be able to respond to adjuvant customer inquiries and coordinate with Dr. Kontor.
Tasks/Essential Duties:
Adjuvant Orders:
Take orders by phone, fax and e-mail.
Confirm receipt of orders and answer inquiries.
Notify Adjuvant Department of order details, and then enter order into the adjuvant computer system.
Distribute scanned copies of the pre-order to the Adjuvant Department, Production Manager, QC Manager, and QC Supervisor, QA Department and Dr. Kontor.
When the adjuvant department assigns lot numbers and the shipping date, notify the customer of the projected ship date.
Print labels and fill in information on the shipment checklist. When product has completed all tests, QC will release. Add to the shipment checklist and give to the Supervisor of QA for processing. After all of the paperwork in the packet is reviewed, it will be taken to the shipping department and sent out.
After product is shipped, notify the customer of shipment and give them the shipping information when it becomes available.
When confirmation has been received that the product has arrived, make copy for accounting, the order packet is filed.
Maintain adjuvant database and files.
Assist shipping with applying labels to Adjuvant containers and check list.
Maintain autogenous Bacterin fill sheets.
Receive autogenous serial release sheets and pull pending orders from the pending (filled) file given to Sam.
Check packing lists and all associated documentation before taking them out to shipping.
Check autogenous, commercial and Adjuvant shipments (checklist) before they are approved to ship.
Other duties as assigned which includes preparing isolates extensions and non-adjacent request form for Mike Murphy. Also, act as hospitality host for Phibro employees and guests for meetings.
Education and/or Experience: Requires an Associate?s Degree preferably in Office Management.
Computer Skills: Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher, Word), Microsoft Access experience a plus.
Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret in the English language correspondence, general business reports, professional journals, technical procedures, and reports.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Must be able to make decisions on routine matters. Ability to define and solve practical problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
Decision Making Responsibilities: Must work primarily in a worker capacity in a team environment. Have informal contact daily with management. Good organizational and writing skills necessary to track and document.
Physical Demands: May need to move boxes; 30lbs to 50 lbs.
