Sales Representative Job Opening in Omaha, Nebraska - WRK Systems, Inc. serves the commercial, financial and healthcare industries of the Midwest with the mission of providing complete single-source information technology needs. We offer everything from managed and professional services to disaster recovery and check imaging services.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with customer base, including key accounts ensuring satisfaction and service
Identify and document opportunities for additional sales and then pursue those opportunities to a conclusion
Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of WRK Systems services and pricing structure.
Meet or exceed the new business sales goals
Complete scheduled and cold call prospecting activities to establish first and follow-up appointments with customer decisions makers
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, presentation and follow-up with key decision makers.
Creation and distribution of marketing materials to current/perspective clients
Regularly meet with Sales Manager to review weekly sales activity, progress on goals and status of perspective customers
Build customer loyalty by effectively resolving any/all customer issues and differentiating WRK Systems? services from those of our competitors and communicating those differences effectively
Maintains client satisfaction and takes ownership throughout the sales cycle
Conducts all business in an ethical manner
Other duties assigned by manager
Qualifications:
Education: Associates degree (or greater) from an accredited college or university
Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of outside sales experience

Able to obtain information, evaluate alternatives, seek advice, make recommendations, and take action
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Willingness to interact with clients in high pressure situations
Previous IT experience a plus
A valid driver?s license
