All Resort Group/ Lewis Stages is seeking a Human Resources (HR) Intern to assist the Human Resources Manager in monitoring company systems, programs, policies, and procedures. The HR Intern will gain valuable Human Resources experience by working directly with our HR Manager on the following: ensuring uniform application of personnel policies and procedures, assisting with onboarding and off?boarding processes, directing team members to the HR Manager in the case of employee relations issues, assisting with the management of ongoing Human Resources processes, including employee orientations, and facilitating processes in compliance with all federal, state and local laws and regulations.
Job Requirements :
25 hours/ week with the option to work full-time
Willingness & ability to work out of our Park City office
Capable of working solo or on a team
Requires little to no supervision to complete a task
Light lifting (30lbs or less)
Learning Objectives :
Human Resources Policies & Procedures
Federal, state, and local laws
Auditing for compliance
Onboarding and Off-boarding Processes
Assist with onboarding for over 200 winter employees
Experience organizing employee orientation
Team Member Relations
Team member advisement
Proper procedures & diplomacy
Qualifications :
In-progress or completed Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources or relevant field
Broad knowledge of operational policies and procedures
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Significant level of diplomacy & trustworthiness
Ability to obtain internal & external cooperation
Capable of motivating / influencing others
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent oral & written communication skills
Fabulous interpersonal & organizational habits
