Primary responsibilities:
Assist sales staff in administrative duties
Maintain sales lead list
Obtain item pricing from vendors
Obtain shipping quotes from warehouse staff
Update customer quotes
Assist customers in placing orders
Prepare order paperwork for submittal
Keep customers apprised of order status
Relay clear, concise information to sales staff, customers, vendors and managers.
Skills required:
Two years of administrative training and/or job experience.
Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment.
Must be able to follow written or verbal instructions.
Must be detail-oriented and meticulous.
Ability to work independently and as a team.
Strong written, verbal and organizational skills.
Intermediate Excel and Outlook skills.
QuoteWerks and/or Goldmine, or other CRM software experience preferred.

Salary: $41,600.00 to $52,000.00 /year
