House Director Job Opening in Missoula, Montana - This is a full-time onsite property management job for the Sigma Chi Fraternity's Beta Delta Chapter at the University of Montana at 1110 Gerald Avenue, Missoula MT. The tenant occupancy is 26 from September to May and 10 June to August.
Areas of Responsibility
Maintenance Oversight: arrange as needed, landscaping/snow removal, janitorial; approve invoices
Inspections Oversight: insurance, fire equipment, boiler, etc.
Academic Assistance: scholarship recommendations, arranging tutors, etc.
Kitchen Administration: supervise cook, purchase food/supplies, menu prep, oversee sanitation
Risk Management Oversight: fire/life safety/security
Rental Agreements: get completed, enforce, tenant check in/check out
Emergency Response: maintenance, security
Term of Employment: September 1, 2017 to August 31, 2018 (renewable with mutual agreement)
($40,000 Value):
$2000/month paid through payroll service
Fully furnished suite (microwave, refrigerator, dresser, TV, bed, lamps, couch, chair, kitchen table / chairs)
Food service when kitchen in operation during Fall and Spring semesters
Healthcare insurance allowance (TBD)
Cell provided (owned by employer)
Mileage per mileage log reimbursed per semester
Vacation: 2 weeks plus legal holidays
