Senior Compliance Analyst Job Opening in Louisville, Kentucky - Onco360 Pharmacy is a unique oncology pharmacy model created to serve the needs of community, oncology and hematology physicians, patients, payers, and manufacturers. Our Onco360 Corporate Office in Louisville, KY has a need for a Senior Compliance Analyst .

The Senior Compliance Analyst will ensure each pharmacy is properly and continuously licensed by the State Board of Pharmacy as well as any applicable non-resident Boards of Pharmacy (BOPs), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and State Controlled Substance Registration (CSR) as applicable. This position will maintain company policies and procedures including revising and drafting policies and play a key role in accreditation and re-accreditation process, as well as developing and maintain Quality Programs.

Major Responsibilities:
Accreditation ? Point person to communicate w/ URAC, JCAHO, ACHC accreditation bodies on behalf of Onco360. Work with consultants to complete re-accreditation and assist in maintaining compliance. Project manage re-accreditation with various departments involved. Submit documentation to accrediting bodies on behalf of Onco360.

Policy Tech Administrator? responsible for Document Control Administrator capabilities in Policy Tech who will be able to edit policies appropriately, assign roles, assist with user support, etc.

Manage database of company policies, revise and draft new policies as needed.

Quality Committee Meetings ? schedule Committee meetings, create agenda, record minutes from meetings. Maintain completed documentation on Policy Tech. Manage existing quality programs and draft new quality programs for Onco360.

Correspond with boards of pharmacy, accreditation bodies, and outside agencies on behalf of Onco360.

Research state BOP regulations and requirements (inspection triggers, signage requirements, label requirements, etc.). Notify pharmacies of upcoming regulatory changes that will affect practice.

Pharmacists Licenses ? assist in all aspects of application process and complete renewals for all pharmacist applications. Assist pharmacies with (PIC) Change applications required by applicable BOP of which the pharmacy is licensed.

Zero Reporting / Waiver Tracking ?complete zero reports to prescription drug monitoring programs for pharmacies every week. Monitor and renew exemptions and maintain spreadsheet.

Completing VPP and VIPPS applications as well as renewal applications.

Gold Standard Initiative ? obtain quiz results from employee training assessments on Policy Tech, keep training materials updated in policy tech, assign training assignments as needed, maintain spreadsheet of results, and maintain completed documentation (certificate, quiz, and Demonstration of Proficiency) in share drive.

MSDS online ? serve as administrator, complete updates and add new medications as instructed.

Assist Compliance Officer with various compliance projects as they arise for the organization.

Qualifications and Responsibilities:
Education/Work Experience

Required: Associates Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business or Law. At least one (1) year of pharmacy licensure experience.

Desired: Bachelor?s degree in Accounting, Healthcare Administration, Business or Law.

Skills/Knowledge

Required: Knowledge of DEA and State Boards of Pharmacy licensure requirements. Knowledge of pharmacy accreditation standards and the process. Ability to draft and revise policies. Superior analytical, oral and written communication, problem solving, organizational and planning skills. Ability to assist company with acquisitions by providing licensure assessment as part of the due diligence process. Monitor adherence to all licensing policies as well as expiration dates of each license and ensure timely renewal. Proficient in Microsoft Office software, including Excel, Outlook and Word.

Desired: Experience of legal terminology as related to the healthcare industry.
