Billing Specialist / Office Administrator (Experience Requir... Job Opening in Fort Collins, Colorado - Balance Point Heating and Air-Conditioning is seeking an experienced Billing Specialist to manage and maintain our billings in addition to acting as a primary Office Administrator to assist in the efficient process of other administrative duties.
Our coordinator will ensure the timely completion of billings each day, and act as a primary back up for our phones behind our Service/Sales Coordinator.

Responsibilities:
Bill out all service and installation work as received each day.
Create and maintain daily billing report and submitted each day.
Enter invoices comments and service history.
Job cost all installation work completed.
Back up dispatcher on answering phones/ scheduling as needed.
Work with department personnel and resolve any billing/collection issues.
Assist with paperwork/process for customer rebate programs
Assist with paperwork/process for any warranty work completed.
Requirements:
College Degree Preferred (Business, Communications, Accounting, Finance)
3+ Years Experience in HVAC or a Service Company's Billing, Accounting, Etc.
Highly Personable and Strong Communication Skills
Positive, Outgoing, and Professional Personality.
Strong Computer Skills
Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
Prior related experience
Ability to Multi-task
Demonstrate Willingness to Accept Responsibility and Leadership Roles
Team Oriented
