Accounting Manager Job Opening in Greenwood, Delaware - The Accounting Manager will assist the Controller in providing leadership and oversight to accounting staff, fostering a team environment based on accuracy, transparency and efficiency.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee posting of receipts and disbursements
Track and reconcile all banking transactions
Assist Controller with cash flow management and projections
Update G/L with respect to payroll-related functions
Generate, review and communicate job-level financial information
Manage monthly closing process including G/L entries and all reconciliations
Assist Controller with preparation of monthly financial statements
Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university in Accounting or Related Field and
Five or more years accounting experience in the construction industry
Five or more years of QuickBooks experience
Extensive experience in reconciliations in accordance with GAAP
Vast knowledge of data management and financial data analysis
