Staff Accountant Job Opening in Honolulu, Hawaii - Seeking experienced staff accountant to join our small and friendly accounting department. Great location! Located in the Ala Moana Pacific Center. Free, covered parking provided.
Responsibilities:
Post A/P Invoices
Post month end journal entries
Post sales entries
Bank reconciliation
G/L reconciliation
Assist in weekly financial preparation
Fixed assets and deprecation
Support month-end and year-end closing process
Additional duties as necessary
Required
2-5 years of general accounting experience
Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
Proficient in Excel
Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication
Desired
MAS 90 or Sage 100
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Salary: Commensurate with experience.
